"God said he would rather die than live without you, so He did"I dont know what goes here I have a couple of parents struggling with this sentence. can someone give me the verses that back up this statement. I think I know but would like to hear from others.

i think this may be a max lucado quote?? not a direct scripture reference. God did demonstrate his love for us by Christ's death for us (Rom 5:8) God's dying is a reference to Christ. Living without us would reference eternal separation from God without Christ's sacrifice on the cross.
That is my take on the quote. |
